IT Service Manager (m/f/d)

For our location in Linz or Vienna, we are looking for a Service Manager.

Your role

  • Build global service network for marine AI systems
  • Define policies, processes and systems and manage service operations
  • Managing and growing international network of external service partners
  • Manage repair and trouble shooting processes in case of customer reclamations
  • Contribute to new product process by providing the service perspective into product user stories and specification

Your profile

  • HTL, Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering or electronics
  • Experience in IT for example as Administrator or service coordination
  • Fluent in English, being capable of interacting with customers in English and capable of discussing complex technical problems in English with an international team
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally (max. 25 %)
  • Hands-on mentality, problem solving skills & eagerness to learn
  • Team player with a solution-oriented attitude and a sense of humor
